André Chapuy born in Paris on May 23, 1882 and died on July 9, 1941. Genre painter, nudes, portraits, landscapes. From 1907, he participated in the Salon des Artistes Indépendants in Paris, then in that of the National Society of Fine Arts, of which he became a member in 1914. He also appeared at the Salon d'Automne, of which he was also a member and at the Salon of the Tuileries.
