Little girl with a hoop playing in the wood of Clamart, work of Marcel Louveau-Rouveyre. Beautiful light in the undergrowth for this charming family atmosphere. Oil on canvas signed lower right and located on the back on the frame. Marcel Eugène Louveau-Rouveyre was born in Paris in 1881, son of Marie Louveau-Rouveyre, also an artist specializing in drawing and engraving. He followed the courses of Bonnat, Benjamin Constant and Jean-Pierre Laurens. Several museums hold his works, notably the Musée Carnavalet and the Musée des Armées, he benefited from several orders from the State. Dimensions of the canvas without the frame: 65cm x 54.5 cm'
