Walnut and rosewood central desk, 3rd quarter of the 18th century. (papal state).Entirely veneered in rosewood, this precious wood offers a visual effect of exceptional quality in an alternation of light and dark veins.
The top slides like a kind of secret and protects the internal flaps. The piece of furniture has 3 drawers at the front and at the back it offers a clever set of laminations which give the illusion of having false drawers.
Its dimensions in cm are: 133.5 x 75.5 x 84 high The desk is in excellent structural condition and has an exceptional patina.
