Sumptuous Florentine floor lamp in wrought iron and embossed sheet metal, surmounted in the upper part by a charming lantern. It is illuminated with a light, by means of a bayonet socket. Our luminaire rests on a wrought iron tripod base, ending in a winding work. The central shaft is embellished with a braid made of double twisted iron wire. This braid wraps around the entire central rod. The stem ends with a pretty crowned lantern and embellished with webbed leaves in embossed sheet metal. A very beautiful ornamentation composed of strings of pearls of different colors, drops of water and large plates complete this Italian decor in the purest Florentine style. Our luminaire has been lacquered old gold and has kept its original color. Electrification is recent. Very nice craftsmanship from the 1950s. Note a tiny wear on one or two edges of the large plates.
