The upper circular headband is richly decorated with laurel leaves Magnificent garlands of flowers going around the pedestal table. Spacer in X with in its center, a carved pine cone. Tray in Turquin de Caunes Marble: Rare, Turquin de Caunes is an orange-red marble crossed by large bluish-grey and brown veins. This very decorative marble was widely used during the reign of Louis XIV.
