The painting has been cleaned by our restorer. A restoration in the black background.
Jeremias Schill born in 1849 in Batavia, currently Jakarta, died in 1902 in Bloemendaal, Netherlands.
Painter, draftsman, engraver and sculptor. He studied at the Brussels Academy with JF.Portaels (1873-1874) then in Paris until 1883 and Nanterre. Exhibition in Den Haag in 1884 and Amsterdam in 1877.
