"Pair Of Sphinx Lamps"
Large pair of sphinx lamps in the style of Ferdinand Barbedienne. Resting on a rectangular base decorated with Restoration attributes: palmettes...surmounted by a soliflore shaft flanked by bodies of sphinxes ending in a covered vase from which 4 arms of light escape: 1 central and 3 lateral with motifs of palmettes and garlands. Recent electrification to current standards.
