Magnificent sculpture by José Maria DAVID (1944-2015) representing a hunting tiger. The sculpture bears the artist's signature on the terrace, near the left front leg, the stamp of the founder (Chapon) as well as the number 1/8. Passionate about art, he made it his job and became an antique dealer. For several years, he traveled around the world; he sees landscapes and animals that will give him inspiration for his sculptures. José-Maria David sought above all to give life to the animals he sculpted in hyper-realistic lines.
