Oak with bone inlay, original stamped velvet upholstery.
Arts & Crafts, England or USA in the Gustav Stickley style, circa 1900-1910.

Very good condition overall, seating in good general condition, one small tear in fabric easily restored, consistent with age and use (see photographs).
