Plaster sculpture with double golden and green bronze patina on a black terrace. Plate mentioning the title "Sérénade" on the front, and Cipriani signature on the back of the subject, with mention of the publisher on the terrace indicating "JB Paris, Déposé, number 313". Some égrenures and wear of the patina. Adolfo CIPRIANI (1857-1941) was an Italian sculptor from Florence, whose works in a style inherited from the Belle Epoque and influenced by modernism were endowed with a very personal stylized idealization much appreciated throughout the world.
