Large and charming 18th century oil on canvas in the style of Nicolas Lancret, representing a country lunch. Three young people and a bagpipe player, installed on the banks of the river, express all the freshness and gallantry that characterize this period. Nice quality of execution, and very satisfactory state of conservation for this very decorative work. Some small old restorations to report in the sky in the background, without affecting the general readability. Old relining. Dimensions: 87 x 76cm
