"Travel Cabinet And Its Base, 17th Century Spanish Work"
Travel cabinet inlaid with rosewood, mahogany, walnut, tortoiseshell, dark woods and boxwood. It opens with six drawers in three rows and a central projection door adorned with four twisted columns revealing four drawers. It rests on six ball feet adorned with bronze claws and is surmounted by a gallery decorated with openwork bronzes and topped with eight crowned eagles with outstretched wings. The top of the base inlaid with mahogany and walnut in boxwood frames supported by four reel feet. Spanish work from the second half of the 17th century. Very good state
