"Biedermeier Cake Stand / Servant In Walnut, Germany Circa 1830"
Biedermeier column shelf / servant from the Biedermeier period, circa 1825. The shelf is veneered in walnut on various hardwoods, the columns are turned in solid walnut. There are two doors in the base. The cake stand has been restored and polished with shellac. The black marble of the head was added during the restoration.
