Landscape of Scotland, waterfall in a mountainous landscape. Oil on canvas mounted on cardboard (to be cleaned). Painted by Clarence Roe, painter born in (According to historians) Birmingham or Glasgow in 1850 and died in 1909. son of the famous Victorian painter Robert Henry Roe. Clarence Roe was a pupil of the Royal Academy in London.
