The interior painting with a lady in Spanish dress was executed in Paris in 1875 by the Spanish genre and portrait painter Juan Antonio González (Gonsales), 1842 Cadiz/ Andalusia - 1914. He studied under Rodriguez in Cadiz and under Pils in Paris. exhibits regularly in Paris, Madrid and Cadiz, 3rd class medalist in 1876. At the Lille museum is his painting "My Impresario".Literature: art dictionary by Benezit (in French).
