"After Louis-simon Boizot (1743-1809): Vestal"
After Louis-simon Boizot (1743-1809): Vestal Large terracotta bust, resting on a Sarrancolin marble pedestal, executed in the 19th century. It deals with the ancient theme of the Vestal Virgin, using Boizot's model. In antiquity, the vestals were the virgin priestesses of Vesta.
