"Chinese Porcelain Tea Box Early Eighteenth"
Compagnie des Indes hexagonal enameled porcelain tea caddy. It has a white background and has an Imari-style floral decoration; blue, red and gold. On both sides, the body of the box depicts the same architecture which opens onto a garden landscape. Blue nets on the edges. The stopper is adorned with an unfurled flower. It has been glued by previous owners.
However, the body is in good condition with small wear on the upper edges. Early 18th century Good condition
