evert moll Voorburg 1878 - 1955 The Hague The Hague School The painter Evert Moll lived and worked between 1895 and 1930 in Voorburg, London, Paris, The Hague and Rotterdam. Later he moved to The Hague. There he received advice from Willem Maris and then trained further. He produced works commissioned by art dealers in the United States and Canada. Evert Moll has painted landscapes, but especially views of the river, the sea and the port and he has also done still lifes in recent years. Evert Moll's works are part of the national collections of the Liquidizer Museum and the Boymans-van Beuningen Museum. He remained true to himself and to the principles of The Hague School.
