Pair Of Vases Mounted Decor For Persian Archers, Manufacture De Samson, End Of XIX Eme Century

"Interesting pair of porcelain cone vases from the Samson factory and dating from the end of the XIX th century.
a surprising decoration for Persian archers, quite Unusual, Chinese decoration is regularly found, but Persian decoration is rarer.
These are cone vases with polylobed porcelain necks decorated in very high relief.
Many details treated in high relief:
birds, the fruits and the flowers as well as the handles treated in the shape of dragons with bat wings.
the whole is dazzling with colors and gilding, a remarkable and extremely detailed work, even the inside of the collars is painted with floral motifs .
the motifs in relief stand out against a blue and gold background.
these vases are mounted on bronze pedestals with rocaille motifs.
perfect condition,no restoration, only one of the two pedestals has been glued back to its vase a long time ago, a pair of vases with unusual patterns and dazzling decoration.
