"Isidoro Guinea Zuazaga (bilbao, 1893 – 1947)"
Elsa de Guinea young girl painted by her father, oil on panel. Circa 1930. In this very personal work by Isidoro Guinea, the support of the portrait becomes the painter's own palette where he produces the mixtures used to recreate his daughter's face. In the lower part, it mentions Elsa, born in 1923. The career of Isidoro Guinea is given by a first artistic incursion at the hands of his father Anselmo Guinea and later in the studio of Anglada Camarasa. His production diversified within the decorative arts as a poster designer, scenographer, furniture designer and illustrator.
