Solid Oak Farmhouse Table

Solid wood farmhouse table from the first half of the 20th century It was designed and made by a cabinetmaker from the south-west of France for a beautiful house in the Arcachon basin. Its magnificent 5cm thick rectangular top rests on 4 square legs, connected by an H spacer, typical of the country style. There are no moldings or carvings, just a chamfer which gives it a little more style. There are two drawers on the headband, each opening with a beautiful rustic pewter handle. With its nice size, it easily accommodates 8 guests. It is in excellent condition, with some traces of use that make all its authenticity, but it is still solid and stable, ready to offer you magnificent meals. It is of very good quality, its weight attests to it! It was completely stripped by the ADN de Landiras company, then it was protected with an antique wax which gives it a beautiful honey color and leaves all the streaks of the wood visible.
