"Flower Market"
Pretty lively scene; certainly the Menton flower market. On a small square, the vendors have spread their flowers near the plane trees. The colors of the bouquets are cheerful and bright. Oil on cardboard: dimensions: height - 35cm- and width -24cm; with the frame: height -41cm- and width -30cm -.Lucia Crotti was born in Monza (near Milan) in 1877 and died in 1960 in Torre Pellice. This painting must have been painted around 1950/1960.
