11 erotes in a landscape in the background a finely sculpted castle and trees.
Large relief carved in pear wood from the second half of the 17th century.
The relief comes from the Workshop of Francois Duquesnoy (1597-1643). Some wormholes distributed on the relief.
The relief is framed with a gilded wooden frame forming an ancient Greek temple.
Dimensions 77.5 cm x 40.5 cm, with the frame 91 cm x 57 cm.
According to the former owner, the relief purchased from Bernheimer Munich in the 1980s.
