"Baptismal Tank In Pewter XVII/xviiiè"
Round baptismal tank, in pewter, from the late 17th or 18th century. There is a hallmark on the top of the lid, which is difficult to read. This kind of object is rare to find these days. This cylindrical tank was intended to be embedded in a stone font. The tank has two fixed handles and the lid two other handles. Good condition; the old patina and traces of use have been respected; an old rectangular restoration is visible on the edge of the tank.
