Very Beautiful Victorian Lectern In Mahogany And Bronze From The XIX Eme Century

An original musician's lectern in very good condition. English brand and dating from the end of the 19th century, it is fully articulated and adjustable and has a sconce whose glass has been lost.
the base worked in cast iron is decorated with floral motifs and is very heavy, it supports the finely chiseled bronze foot with ribboned floral motifs adjustable in height at its top.
there is a beautiful molded circular top with a solid mahogany bowl at mid-height in the center of which is housed the sliding brass foot which supports the mahogany lectern part and the lighting part on two brass axes which are themselves adjustable.
the set is in very good condition, working properly and stable.
it bears a manufacturer's enamel plate on the back of the lectern.
an adjustable lectern with multiple combinations, with a very practical pedestal section.
