"17th Century German Slicer Knife"
Surprising and rare 17th century trencher knife composed of a wooden handle set with tin forming a decoration and an iron blade scalloped at its end and engraved with scrolls and interlacing and inscriptions that are difficult to read. All of this piece of popular art is of German origin, slight wear on the blade. Decorative object in good general condition for its age.
