Very good quality of painting, the flesh, the drapes, are made by a very good hand. The painting may be a study, the painting is light, made of glaze. We can distinguish on the background the preparation in transparency, it is a quick realization, the painter did not linger as on a finished painting. The subject is quite common, it is also found in Boucher and other painters of the 18th century.
