"N'gbaka Fetish Statue Democratic Republic Of The Congo"
Rare Ngbaka statue, also called Nbaka, Bwaka or Mbaka, height 37 cm, beaded eyes, beautiful and significant greasy brown patina. We see the scarifications from the top of the forehead to the tip of the nose in a cockscomb, very characteristic, which is also found on their masks. These statues were used to fight against diseases and sterility of women.
