Superb ceramic umbrella holder (barbotine) from the Art Nouveau period representing a Heron looking at a frog in the middle of the reeds.Unsigned, probably by Delphin Massier or Choisy le Roi. Height : 63cm. Width : 38cm.
Very good condition. Note a slight shine under one wing and a small chip on the lotus flower (see photos).
