Abstract composition by René Leidner, painter born in Colmar in 1921, student at the Strasbourg Art School, then in Paris, Montparnasse district. in Paris, he rubs shoulders with Sonia Delaunay, Viera Da Silva, Giacometti and Bissière. He participates in various group exhibitions. His works appear in the Museum of Modern Art of the city of Paris, in the Museum of Strasbourg and in numerous French and international private collections. Between the sixties and seventies, he turned towards a semi-figuration, symbolized by a work of material (relief paste).
