Rare and large Art Deco sculpture, in cast iron from old edition depicting Atalante, represented by Diane huntress with a scrolled arch characteristic of first models. It rests on a reconstituted stone base, slender and stretched towards its shot. This is one of the first models by Max Le Verrier, who after having obtained a gold medal in 1925 at the International Exhibition of Modern Decorative and Industrial Arts in Paris, published under the pseudonym De Marco, this sculpture produced jointly by Marcel Bouraine and Max Le Verrier who used to work together. Signature "De Marco" on the base. Perfect condition, old edition and the largest that has been made of this sculpture which exists in different sizes.
