Originally from Persia, Iran, this beautiful old collectible rug has a very fine decoration to put more on the wall than on the floor.
Medallion with pendants followed by three other small pendants.
The set is placed on a plain bright red field characteristic of the tabriz of the end of the 19th century and the very beginning of the 20th century.
The border presents a magnificent design punctuated with tiny flowers of great delicacy, taking up the flowers of the medallion.
## In very good condition for its age, a very light wear which is essential, in high quality wool & silk, and soft colors combining wonderfully well with the red of the field.
