Bronze medallion representing the Blessed Virgin on a cloud and the child Jesus presenting her with a rose. Sculpture signed "Renoir 1840." Joseph Alexandre Renoir (1811-1855) is a French sculptor born in Spain, some of his works are exhibited at the Musée des Augustins in Toulouse
