Biography
Jeanne Itasse is the eldest daughter of the sculptor Adolphe Itasse, of whom she was a student.
The year 1879 marked her first participation in the Salon des Artistes Français (SAF) where she exhibited regularly until 1938. It was during the 1899 SAF that the Musée d'Orsay acquired the marble Bacchante exhibited at the town hall of Dol-De-Bretagne (...)
