"Important Atelier Picard Console"
Important console base in black lacquered wrought iron top in earthenware tiles from Vallauris signed workshop Picard enhanced in relief with sea lions and a starfish in gilding. there are many coffee tables from Vallauris but very few consoles. good general condition, just a tile to a shine, see photo.
