"Table Or Desk Lamp In Wrought Iron With Its Art Deco Period 1930 Shell Globe"
Very beautiful Art Deco period lamp circa 1930 in hammered wrought iron and shell-shaped globe in green and white speckled glass. Beautiful frame with four branches ending in a winding of the most beautiful effect. The central shaft, made up of four joined round rods embellished with four stylized leaves and falling pearls, rests on a square base and four ball feet. Very nice nuanced "gun barrel" patina. The lamp has been re-electrified with a black passementerie wire and works perfectly. Dimensions: Height: 42 cm shell height: 17.2 cm Shell diameter: 15.2 cm Base: 13.2 cm x 13.2 cm High quality lamp, very typical Art Deco, solid and very stable wrought iron, the thick glassware. Weight: 2.4 kg (base) and 1.4 kg (shell). Very good state. Completely cleaned and re-electrified, this lamp is ready to be installed. Gorgeous !
