Publications[edit | modify the code] Marcel Vicaire published Au Maroc, album sheets in 1922 and executed, at the request of Gabriel Hanotaux, illustrations in black and in color for volume XIII of the History of the French Nation ("History of the letters": from Ronsard to the present day), Plon, Paris 1923, and volume III (Morocco) of the History of the French colonies. He adorns with watercolors two poems by his uncle Gabriel Vicaire, Kéris 1921 and the Miracle of Saint Nicolas 1928. He is the author of publications and numerous studies on Moroccan arts, and, in the Bulletin de la Société de l' history of French art of two publications, one on "Two unpublished drawings by Alice Ozy by Théodore Chassériau (1819-1856)", the other on "Morochettiti's projects for the tomb of the Emperor Napoleon ".
