Facial mask from Topeng, the Balinese dance theater.
It covers only the upper part of the face, leaving the mouth and chin of the dancer visible. It is pigmented with green, its thin lips are highlighted with red accentuating the whiteness of its teeth with long and pointed incisors. His nose is in strong relief, his nostrils openwork, as well as his eyes with globular and bright red pupils. His eyebrows, beard and hair are drawn with black pigments. He wears a sculpted crown enhanced with golden ochre pigmentation.
The reverse side is left rough.
On a base.

It is probably Klana, a solitary dancer, associated with evil.
