Short saber with lion's head and characters, consulate period - Empire - XVIII°-XIX°. Gilt bronze mount with a lion's head pommel with a mid-length mane, with a closed mouth holding a guard chain connected to one end of the quillon. Rocket chiseled with bouquets tied with ribbon with at the height of the guard two shields in relief with busts of crowned figures. One end of the quillon is curved into a drop with floral decoration. Slightly curved blade with flat back and hollow side along its length with 1 cutting edge and counter edge with a 3 cm point.
