"Portrait To The Etruscan Borsi Manfredo"
Ceramic painter born February 15 in Florence, died in 1967. Active in France and Italy, he was interested in painting from 1916 and participated in the Futurist movement. He studied ceramics in the Scandinavian countries and exhibited in Copenhagen. In 1925 he moved to Paris and appeared in various Salons. It was in 1948 that he settled permanently in Saint Paul de Vence, where he devoted himself to ceramics. His work is not without references to Etruscan art. Piece signed lower right.
