"Collector's Cane - Religious Monoxyl - Carved With An Ecclesiastical Character - 18th Century"
Charming collector's cane from the 18th/early 19th century, monoxyl and decorated with a rare decoration, of an ecclesiastic. 

This cane, called "Curé's", is distinguished by its finely carved shaft, decorated with patterns of crisscrossed straps,
running up and down. It ends with a conical steel ferrule, Certainly changed at a later period.  

Please note: a small crack and a few worm holes are visible along the barrel, but without any real impact on the structure or the general solidity of the cane.
