Rare pair of large amati and burnished gilt bronze sconces with three sconces adorned with plant motifs, resting on three barrels with twisted fluting, flanked by an acanthus leaf base ending in beaded seed and supporting a bouquet of roses topped with a ribbon bow. The binets are decorated with olive leaves topped with grooves. They are supported by a beaded row cup. Louis XVI period Usual restorations H. 73 x W. 34 cm
