Late 19th century, early 20th century Tibet Beautiful Tibetan headgear from the end of the 19th century. Thick quilting in shaped silk with badges woven with Chinese gold thread. Adrianople red canvas cotton lining. Around the edge braids in trimmings of gold and silver thread. A slight halo, otherwise very good state of conservation.
