Pretty bronze sculpture with original brown patina representing a Putto sitting on a rock with a couple of doves, foliage in hand. It is signed on the back as well as on the terrace and dated 1852, cast from the middle of the 19th century. VENOT Cyprien Auguste (1808-1886) Sculptor born in Paris, pupil of E. LUDET and DAVID D'ANGERS, he entered the School of Fine Arts in 1824 and appeared at the Salon from 1833 to 1850, his works are rare on the art market. Weight 16kg
