Canopy Bed Louis Philippe Period In Mahogany
Rare four-poster bed from the Louis Philippe period (1830-1848) in mahogany.
The canopy is supported by 4 straight rising columns with balusters, decoration of foliage and beading at each base of these columns.
X-shaped structure allowing you to hang hangings in the fabric of your choice.
We find the cove moldings as well as at the front and on each side of the canopy rockeries and scrolls which gives it a very aesthetic appearance.
We also notice a discreet shell on the headboard panel.
