Watercolor of architecture, circa 1920; Original drawing depicting a neoclassical palace with colonnades, rotunda and Corinthian capitals, with a basin and its water lilies in the foreground, and monumental wrought iron gates on the sides; a few sculptures complete the settings.
Very good quality of original architect drawing.
The magnificence of this Palace is accentuated by the elegance of its design and its situation between two monumental  iron gates through which go passing vehicles of the time, 1920's. 
Small trace of crease at the bottom left, which will not be visible once framed .
