Circa 1860 France Provence Large panel of printed silk Bourette with large drawing ratio dating from the Second French Empire around 1860. Very fine bourette with a duck blue background and printed with large brown, light brown, beige and black undulating stems, laden with pink flowers and red and pomegranates. Navy blue lustrous chintz lining of the same period. Solid and stable textile, unaltered, very slightly dusty to reuse for a 19th century decor. Three sides hemmed, one side unhemmed. Good general condition of colors and conservation. Dimensions: 224 cm high X 115 cm wide. A piece in addition to 141 cm X 17 cm.
