Beautiful pair of carved beech armchairs. Decor of acanthus, shells, braces and florets. Curved armrests in crosses, curved armrest supports. Wide and deep seats. Curved feet ending in a snail. Beautiful X spacer with central rosette. Old fashioned pegs. Very much in the style of the 18th century. To be compared to the productions of André Mailfert. Circa 1930. Seat height 41.5 cm, backrest 88.5 cm, width 65 cm, depth 53 cm. Possible delivery.
