Beautiful pair of carved beech armchairs. Decor of acanthus, shells, braces and florets. Curved armrests in crosses, curved armrest supports. Wide and deep seats. Curved feet ending in a snail. Beautiful X spacer with central rosette. Old fashioned pegs. Very much in the style of the 18th century. To be compared to the productions of André Mailfert. Circa 1930.
