From the Restoration period around 1820, in patinated bronze, the belt richly decorated with neo-Gothic style arcades has 2 sockets with rams' heads and frames a terrace with deep channels animated in the central part by a cup supported by 2 intertwined dolphins, by 4 feather pins and 2 vases forming an inkwell (glass cups absent) rests on small feet with rosettes, windings and acanthus leaves.
