Object description :

"Folding Machete"

Here we have a very rare and desirable folding machete signed 'Denis Bruxelles'. It has a broad folding blade with a clipped-back point, folding into the knuckle-guard and locked open by a spring catch along the back. Iron hand guard with ebony grips. Some traces of original blueing.
25 cm. blade / 50,5 cm unfolded. blade thickness 5 mm.
Condition is good. A small stress line in one of the grips near the pommel. The blade has recenty been polished.
